This worldview requires leaders to have “Mindfulness” so that they become fully aware of the role they play in shaping our world. For this, they need “Whole Brain Thinking', emotional intelligence and inspiration to make a difference.
The learning outcomes based on a unique grading system that measures the impact on the student and do not compare students with one another, this enables them to “Unlearn” the habit of competing with one another and teaches them the virtue of beating themselves to keep improving to build a culture of humanity.
Perhaps the most crucial part of our learning design is the concept of Individual Development Plan for each student. Besides a wonderful infrastructure the students of Subhadra International School, Ashta that has been greatly enriched by a dedicated teaching faculty. The school prides itself of a teaching staff that is totally devoted to the cause of child development backed with rich experience.
